The hunt is for a Strong PMO and team player with the ability to manage effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (customers & team members alike). Incumbent will demonstrate personal commitment and accountability to ensure standards are continuously sustained and improved both within the internal teams, and with partner organizations and suppliers.   Must have 1.Experience working on resource management and indents 2.Experience managing revenue projections and tracking actuals both recognized and outstanding 3.Meeting action items, project governance, compliance and follow ups 4.Timesheet system management and interfacing with Finance and HR departments 5.Working with executive team and multiple stakeholders for seamless coordination being a team player 6.In-depth understanding of Project management activities 7.Collect, review and analyse data for financial reporting for executive management 8.Prepare reports, presentations, communication in cooperation with management and on managements request 9.Project data storage and archival 10.Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems


Good to have 1.Managing SharePoint, Sales Force and familiarity with the platforms will be added advantage 2.Develops necessary operational system tool for PMO operations using out of box features of SharePoint   Qualifications 1.Expert excel skills in order to create reports and analysis. 2.Well organized and able to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines 3.Possesses strong written and verbal English communication skills 4.Demonstrates clarity of thoughts and helps bring clarity and closure 5.At least 3+ years of experience in above skills
