and underpinned by secure and stable operations and putting customers and consumers at the heart of everything we do.┬áThe DBS team will play a critical role in enabling Diageo’s productivity agenda and transformation through the integration of technology, process optimisation, data, BI and the expansion of shared services. There is a significant and ambitious Transformation Agenda to be delivered requiring robust Programmatic Management, Benefits Tracking and Planning capabilities.

Responsibilities:

    • 1. Accountable for managing the flow of ALL demand into an approved pipeline of projects with robust business cases, whilst satisfying the Minimum Entry Criteria to move programs from proposed to pipeline.
 
    • 2. Development and management of an integrated programme plan per market, regions or function (if applicable), applying appropriate prioritisation and sequencing to ensure the most efficient and effective plan to delivery against overall business case and benefits
 
    • 3. Partner with the Resource Manager to ensure resource forecasting and reporting is in place
 
    • 4. Accountability for producing programme level reporting to track overall progress against agreed priorities and in delivering defined business case and benefits, and managing risk mitigation plans.
 
    • 5. Work in partnership with stakeholders and geographic teams to remove road-blocks and provide escalations to the Global PMO & Productivity Director as appropriate.
 
    • 6. Successful implementation of Tiered Performance Management & adopt a continuous improvement mind-set to ensure we constantly delivery our portfolio in an efficient and effective manner in line with our Performance Ambition.
 
    • This is a senior role that interfaces with senior stakeholders across GDBS. An ability to partner and influence at that level is key to success.
 
    • Credibility with external parties is also essential.
