Responsibilities:

Keen for candidates with 5 to 7 +years’ experience in PMO Knowledge of JIRA, SAP, Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. PMP certification preferable.   Academic Qualification : Bachelor degree in business or related field of study   Core Competencies: Understand of Project management principles. Strong Database maintenance skills and experience (especially Facilities Management System(s)) and project coordination Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Six Sigma, Lean or corresponding experience for continuous process reengineering. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills both with individuals as well as teams   Excellent Task and Time management, planning & organizational skills. Manage Timelines, Budgets and End to End co-ordination. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Ability to work on tight deadlines& also managing customer satisfaction within project transition period. Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment. Is courageous and decisive, prioritizes effectively, maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery. Is energetic, determined, positive, goal focused and consistent - even under pressure. Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances. Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. Strong relationship building and Build trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances   Job Responsibilities : Deliverables as per agreed KPIs and SLAs. Output Quality Management and Improvement initiation and Control Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to convey the vision and purpose of the Project as seen by the management by setting goals, planning and prioritizing and have everyone on the same page. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. Monitor milestones on networks to ensure all are met; follow up and mitigate risk. Review / action/ balance stale commitments /Delete non-valid generic commitments
